This clarification applies to patients taking stimulant medications for ADHD.
Due to national stimulant shortages, we are providing the following clarifications to clinic policy:
- Your stimulant prescriptions will be sent to one pharmacy of your choosing.
If your pharmacy does not have your stimulant prescription in stock when it’s due to be filled, you must wait until the pharmacy has the medication in stock. You will no longer be able to change pharmacies.
*You may change pharmacies no more frequently than every six months. - There will be no changes in stimulant medication between visits.
You must schedule an appointment with your provider if you desire a medication change. If a provider is unavailable within your specified time frame, you may schedule with one of our other providers or wait until your provider is available.
